Racks BBQ was founded by Mario and Rico Willis in 2015. The Willis Brother's passion for BBQ started when they were tasked with cooking for their annual family reunion. Their rave reviews from the patriarchs of the family led them to further explore their love for cooking. Over time the Willis Brothers worked diligently to create their signature seasoning and BBQ sauce that quickly became a family favorite. Soon after, they birthed Racks BBQ, a BBQ trailer in the heart of Pittsburg, Texas.

Clean, modern, and fun is what we bring to you at “Rack, Daqz, and Axe”
"Daqz” has created an atmosphere where anyone 21 and over can either wind down onsite or order their favorite daiquiri at our drive thru. Our Daqz Team is equipped to pour up flavors by the half gallon for the connoisseurs of excellence. "Axe" is Pittsburg’s first indoor urban axe throwing range. Not only is it great for a night out with friends, bachelor/ette parties, and team building, it can be a form of stress relief. There is nothing quite like learning a new skill, mastering it, and releasing your inner lumberjack/jill. The moment you stick your first bullseye, we know that you’ll be hooked.
