About the Role
· Accurately entering and completing guest orders on POS System. Basic mathematical skills: ability to handle cash to make change
· Maintaining and ensuring total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant. Clearing and resetting tables.
· Interacting with guests in a friendly and fast manor; ensuring guest complete satisfaction.
· Selling food and beverage items.
· Cutting and plating prepared foods
· Knows and complies consistently with the restaurant’s standard for improvement
· Performing other duties as directed
· Ability to absorb and retain information quickly; ability to pass menu related tests
· Display integrity and honesty in all aspects of your employment
· Take pride in your personal appearance; reporting to work in neat and clean clothing; maintaining well-groomed hair and personal hygiene as established by Company policy
Requirements
The server is the heart! Be friendly, outgoing, and possess good communication skills. The Lead Server is responsible for ensuring guests enjoyment. Should have extensive knowledge in all aspects of the menu to sell and serve in a professional manner that achieves Rack’s service and quality standards. Candidates should be organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure.
